Shed Suite Integration

Overview

IdeaRoom has partnered with Shed Suite to provide seamless integration for users who are customers of both platforms. This integration allows leads generated in IdeaRoom to be transferred directly to Shed Suite for further management. However, it is important to note that this integration is currently limited to pushing leads from IdeaRoom into Shed Suite. This guide walks you through the steps required to link your Shed Suite account with IdeaRoom. You must be a Pro or Seamless subscription customer to access this feature.

Before starting the integration, Shed Suite has provided a helpful video explaining how the integration works and detailing what needs to be configured on your end before you contact IdeaRoom for final setup.

Steps to Integrate Shed Suite with IdeaRoom

Step 1: Watch the Integration Video

Before proceeding, watch the video provided by Shed Suite, which explains in detail the integration process and how to set up your Shed Suite account to prepare for the integration. The video walks you through the necessary configurations within Shed Suite.

Step 2: Configure Your Shed Suite Account

Follow the instructions in the video to make the required configuration changes within your Shed Suite account. These settings will prepare your account to accept lead data from IdeaRoom.

Make sure that you:

1. Verify your Shed Suite account is active and ready to be integrated.

2. Complete any required data mapping to ensure that leads from IdeaRoom are correctly pushed into your Shed Suite lead management system.

Step 3: Gather Required Information

Once you have completed the configurations in Shed Suite, gather the following information:

- Customer information provided by Shed Suite during the configuration.

- Your client number from Shed Suite (this is essential for identifying your account for integration).

Step 4: Create a Support Ticket with IdeaRoom

After completing the setup in Shed Suite, submit a support ticket to IdeaRoom requesting the integration. Use the IdeaRoom customer portal to create the ticket, and include the following information:

- Your Shed Suite customer information (as configured in Step 2).

- Your Shed Suite client number.

Step 5: Confirmation from IdeaRoom

Once you submit the ticket, the IdeaRoom team will complete the integration on their side. You will receive a confirmation from IdeaRoom once your IdeaRoom account has been successfully connected to Shed Suite.
