Troubleshooting IdeaPay onboarding

The following article may help troubleshooting errors during the IdeaPay onboarding workflow.

I receive an "Organization details couldn't be verified" error

Verify that your business entity name exactly matches the name registered with your state. Search your state's business registry online and compare the legal registered name with the name provided in SalesView. These must match exactly for the financial verifications and authorizations required to be completed successfully.

My Submit for Quote and Email Link options have disappeared!

After successfully onboarding IdeaPay, we automatically setup checkout on your site. Form submission configurations are replaced with checkout options. To re-enable these options, please submit an issue to IdeaRoom Support for immediate assistance. (We plan to allow clients to manage these forms via SalesView soon!)
