You may request a new material to ensure your buildings look exactly right

Requesting New Materials for Your IdeaRoom Configurator

IdeaRoom uses high-quality tiled PNG and JPG textures, enhanced with 3D elements, to create lifelike visual presentations of your buildings.

If you don’t see the siding, roofing, flooring, or accent wall texture you need in our library, you can request a custom material. Note: A fee may apply, as this involves additional 3D design work.

How to Request a New Material

  1. Log in to SalesView.

  2. Click the IdeaRoom Support Icon in the lower-right corner.

  3. In the Support Assistant, go to the Messages tab.

  4. Submit a new message with the information below:

Include These Details in Your Message

  • Subject Line
    Include the phrase: Materials Request

  • Where the Material Will Appear
    ​Roof, Siding, Interior Walls, Accent Wall, Flooring, or Other

  • High-Quality Photo or PNG

    • Ideally taken straight-on from 6’ to 10’ away

    • Avoid dramatic shadows or angled shots

  • Manufacturer’s Website (if available)

    • Share a link for easier texture matching

  • Color Options

    • Include color names and HEX values

    • For stains, include images or links for each stain option

  • Material Pricing

    • Include the pricing that should be added to your site for this material
      (for example: “$2 per square foot”)

  • Turnaround Time
    Material creation may take up to 4 weeks

  • Feedback
    You’ll receive one round of review before final approval
