Customize Your Leads, Orders, or Payments View

In SalesView, you have full control over how data appears in your tables. Whether you're focusing on leads, orders, or payments, you can tailor your view to see only the information that matters most to you.


Column Visibility

You can choose which columns are visible in your table to reduce clutter and highlight key data.

Hide a Column

To quickly hide a column:

  1. Hover over the column name.

  2. Click the three vertical dots to open the column menu.

  3. Select Hide column.

Manage All Columns

To see and manage all available columns at once:

  1. Hover over any column name.

  2. Click the three vertical dots.

  3. Select Manage Columns.

This opens the Column Management Dialog, where you can:

  • Show or hide any column using the checkboxes.

  • Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a specific column.


Resize Columns

To adjust the width of a column:

  1. Hover over the header until the resize icon appears between columns.

  2. Click and drag left or right to resize.


Reorder Columns

To rearrange columns to suit your workflow:

  1. Click and hold a column header.

  2. Drag it left or right to a new position.


Pin Columns

Pin columns to keep them visible while scrolling horizontally.

To pin a column

  1. Hover over the column name and click the three vertical dots.

  2. Select Pin to Left or Pin to Right.

To unpin

  1. Open the column menu again.

  2. Select Unpin.


By customizing your view, you can work more efficiently and keep your most important information front and center.
