How to Reset your Password

From the login screen of SalesView (salesview.idearoom.com/sign-in)

  1. Select "Forgot your Password"

  2. You will enter your email and once you submit you will get this screen, then pop on over to your email to get that special code we just sent you. DO NOT CLOSE THIS PAGE.

  3. The email will look like this, if you don't see it in your inbox please search for "Your verification code" or look in your junk/spam folder.

  4. Migrate back to the previous screen where it is prompting you for your verification code. Enter your code & the new password. Once complete you will get this screen. Please click the return to sign in & try to log in again.
