Ceiling options are what a user picks from on a section's ceiling menu — the label, style, material, and where it is offered. Ceiling Level are where those ceilings render.
Ceiling is one of the Client Tools in SalesView, found in the left menu under Catalog Editor.
Not available on shed sites.

Common tasks
Add a ceiling option
Select + Add ceiling option.
Start from a standard option with Load Ceiling for a solid surface, or Load No Ceiling for open to the roof. You can change anything afterwards, and nothing is written until you save.
Enter the Label customers see on the ceiling menu.
Choose a Style — flat for a solid, level plane, or rooflines to follow the roof pitch.
Choose the Material that renders the surface.
Select Generate icon to create the image shown in the selector.
Select Add ceiling option.
Change where a ceiling option appears
Open the option and select the Visibility tab.
Set Shown on.
To exclude particular buildings, tick them under Don't show on these building styles.
Check the Resulting condition line, then save.
Set the ceiling level for a footprint
Select the Ceiling Level tab.
Select Edit on the footprint you want to change.
Good to know
The center section needs a ceiling level before its ceiling shows at all.
If your site is missing the standard options, Load Ceiling and Load No Ceiling fill them in rather than making you build each one by hand.
