Mezzanine Manager sets up the raised floor levels a customer can add inside a building, and the decks, stairs, and railings offered with them.
Mezzanines is one of the Client Tools in SalesView, found in the left menu under Catalog Editor.
Not available on shed sites.
What you can change
The mezzanine's column spacing, beam dimensions, and minimum height
The deck options offered on it
The stairs and railings offered with it
Common tasks
Change the mezzanine's dimensions
On the Mezzanine tab, select Edit.
Adjust Column Spacing, Beam Dimensions, or Minimum Height.
Save.
Add a deck
Select the Decks tab.
Select + Add deck.
Fill in the material and joist layout.
Save.
Add stairs or a railing
Select the Stairs or Railings tab.
Select the add button on that tab.
Fill in the details and save.
Good to know
Decks, stairs, and railings belong to a mezzanine, so the mezzanine has to exist before you can add them.
Options you switch off are hidden until you tick Show disabled.
Mezzanines are selected from the Interior menu. If that menu isn't on your site, customers won't reach these options — use Menu Order & Labels to add it.
